Our preferred method of contact is by telephone as you receive a quicker response and more detailed reply and customers needs are understood better than by email, therefore we do not take email enquiries and also due to trying to reach customers by their return contact details and we are very rarely near the computer to reply to emails as we are constantly working on cars, liasing with customers and attending events during weekends.
